Ms. Supriya Majumdar holds experience of almost nine years in dispute resolution. She has been associated with the firm since 2021 and is a part of the dispute resolution practice at Mumbai office.

She has extensive experience in handling commercial disputes, civil litigation matters, insolvency and bankruptcy related proceedings, voluntary liquidation, arbitrations and regulatory disputes and has appeared before various Courts and Tribunals including the Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and the Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Securities Appellate Tribunal, City Civil Court, District Courts, Consumer Forums, Small Causes Court and arbitral tribunals. She has briefed and assisted eminent Senior Advocates in some hotly contested and reported matters and has also argued matters independently.

Ms. Majumdar also offers advisory to clients across various industries including Indian and foreign companies, banks, NBFCs and individuals in matters of borrowing, asset acquisition, contractual and regulatory compliances and to insolvency professionals, liquidators, creditors and resolution applicants in matters arising out of insolvency resolution process, bankruptcy and liquidation.
