Mr. Abhishek Agarwal is an Executive Director with the Tax group in New Delhi. He is a lawyer and also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined the firm in 2010 and has experience in advising clients on complex issues relating to transfer pricing.

He is also engaged in preparation of transfer pricing studies, planning reports, master files for diverse businesses. He has successfully represented clients before transfer pricing authorities/dispute resolution panel and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
