Ms. Poonita Harsh Kundra is an Advocate by profession and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a senior member of the Tax group in New Delhi and has been associated with the Firm since 2009.

She has total experience of over 17 years in handling tax advisory, compliance and litigation, tax planning and restructuring assignments. She has been involved in several complex tax advisory restructuring activities, involving mergers, demergers, slump sale, etc. She has gained considerable experience and specialization in various aspects relating to domestic taxation. She has also been advising companies on entire gamut of contemporary issues relating to direct taxation, InvIT, REIT, family settlements, succession planning, trust settlement, wills, amalgamations, appeals and litigation.

She has addressed several seminars and conferences on various issues relating to direct taxation and has authored various articles on LLP taxation, Controlled Foreign Companies, Tax Avoidance and Indian REITs. She has been a guest faculty at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Manesar.
