He specializes in counselling clients on corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, business, asset & stock purchase deals, SEBI takeovers, delisting offers, joint ventures and foreign collaborations, technology transfers, private equity, distribution and supply arrangements, international commercial arbitrations, corporate insolvency resolutions, business divestments, liquidation and general corporate and transaction advisory.

His extensive business law and transactional experience includes advising on corporate governance, foreign exchange control regulations, regulatory compliances and the drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements and undertaking due diligence.
