Mr. Bomi Daruwala is the Joint Managing Partner and is based out of Mumbai. He has been associated with the Firm since 1988. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring of businesses, asset and share purchase deals, takeovers, divestitures,  inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures /collaborations, real estate, private equity, labour laws, taxation and general corporate advisory.

He advises clients in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, information technology, life sciences, engineering, consumer goods, real estate, etc. and has represented several large multinationals. His extensive transactional experience includes corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, exchange control regulations advisory, and the drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements.
