Ms. Manisha Sharma has been associated with the Firm since 2015. She is an Advocate by profession and a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai, and has thereafter completed her masters in corporate and commercial laws from NALSAR University of law, Hyderabad.

She specializes in the area of direct tax litigation and advisory services. She is a senior member of the Vaish Tax group and has experience of more than 10 years in the field of direct taxation.
In her stint at Vaish, she has been extensively engaged in providing advisory and litigation services to various clients in the direct tax arena. She has been involved in complex tax litigations before Courts/ Tribunal across India resulting in landmark decisions. She regularly argues/ assists Senior Counsel in tax matters before Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and other appellate/ quasi-judicial authorities.

She caters to a diverse client base, ranging from listed multi-national corporations and domestic conglomerates across various sectors including oil and gas, automobiles, chemicals, real-estate, hospitality and high net-worth individuals as well.
