Top of FormKunal Pandey is a Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of post-qualification experience in Direct tax especially International tax and has been engaged in litigation and advisory services to various multinational companies, Indian companies and High net worth individuals in the area of international tax, with tax compliances, tax consulting, inbound and outbound restructuring, appeals, revenue audits etc.

He has extensive experience in handling income tax litigation matters before appellate authorities and Courts. He has represented independently as well as assisted senior counsels in various appellate matters, involving domestic and international tax issues, including certain landmark decisions. He has been regularly advising clients on taxation aspects of various cross-border transactions involving DTAA interpretation.

He has experience in serving large multi-nationals and domestic companies across various sectors including, Pharma, Real estate, Shipping, Textiles, and other industries including Foreign Portfolio Investors and E-commerce.

Prior to joining Vaish, he worked with Ernst & Young.
