Mr. Dhruv Seth is a Principal Associate at the Delhi Office of Vaish Associates Advocates. He is a qualified lawyer with a Master’s degree in Law (Specialization in Taxation Laws) from Queen Mary University of London. Mr. Seth is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2016.

Mr. Seth brings extensive experience in serving large multinational clients across diverse industries, including software, consumer durables, automobiles, auto components, and chemicals. His expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of assignments, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation, planning reports, advisory services, and structuring of transactions.

He has also represented clients in matters before revenue and appellate authorities, demonstrating his proficiency in both advisory and litigation aspects of taxation law.
