Continuing our advocacy efforts to keep you updated during the ongoing nationwide crisis due to COVID 19 pandemic , we are happy to bring a primer on the “Green Channel” route for automatic approval of certain combinations , recently introduced by the fair trade regulator, the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
Briefly, this primer will provide a ready reference guide to parties to undertake a quick self-assessment of the transactions to see if they are eligible for availing the Green Channel route to CCI.
