HIRING FOR STENOGRAPHER CUM SECRETARY – EXP: 5-7 YEARS

Job Location: New Delhi

The position reports into Partner / Associate Partner / Principal Associate.

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Educational Qualifications:  Any Graduate, Stenography / Course in Secretarial Services shall be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing various correspondence letters
  • Should have good drafting skills
  • Raising of invoices
  • Filling up log sheets
  • Taking dictations
  • Checking e-mails regularly and replying to mails
  • Preparing database
  • Systematic filing of documents, records keeping etc.
  • Organizing meetings and fixing appointments
  • Travel arrangements:- planning the itinerary, hotel bookings, visa & air ticket booking (through internet)
  • Handle other miscellaneous task

Capabilities:

  • Candidate should be mature
  • Knowledge of MS office & Shorthand is must
  • Candidate should have good verbal & written communication
  • Should be good in English Language
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
